3. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, consulting frameworks, and software remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our written consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees are due as specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, payments are non-refundable. Some programs may include specific refund or guarantee policies, which will apply if explicitly provided in writing.

5. Marketing Communications and Consent

By providing your contact details you may consent to receive marketing emails and SMS messages. Consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. 6. International Users

If you access our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

United States: Services comply with applicable federal and state regulations.

UK/EU: We process personal data in line with GDPR/UK GDPR.

Japan: We comply with APPI in the handling of personal data.

India: We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and telecom regulations for commercial messaging.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results from consulting, courses, or software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmazonLit LLC (DBA Ecom Profit Path), its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally.

United States users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey unless arbitration is agreed.

International users: Local mandatory consumer protections apply and are not overridden by these Terms.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows the latest version. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
